very good
very nice
I just sincerely want to appreciate you for being so thorough with every single topic...... you have helped me so much Miss. Thank you so so much for these ❤
TY SO SO SO MUCH MAAM U DONT KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR P3 VIDS HAVE SAVED MY LIFE MAY GOD BLESS U 💕
Very good way of explanation without wasting time and also doing practice qs in one video. Thanks
Can u plz explain biology for cambridge igcse ?
Aaa but i have never taught it so i kneeda study it from scratch
Ohh so the books r like steps @@behlogyI asked u bec there is no one teachs that book idk y But thanks for reply 💗💫
the explanation is so amazing . thank you so much
Do we have to learn anything else about immobilised enzymes? Like e.g. 0:19 the ways in immobilised enzymes form (absorption, covalent bonds etc) or even learn. it in depth?
Nope this is it.
Thank you miss Beh! but how can i differentiate between smooth muscle and elastic membranes in images?
Elastic fibres cant be really seen! Don't worry about it. Smooth muscle looks like layers of a tissue roll
Thank you so muchhhhh 😊
Irreversible Non-Competitive Inhibition (graph) in the non-competitvely inhibited enzyme reaction (blue line) why do we say there is a lower [E] instead of saying there are no enzymes at all? 13:48 I also don't understand why Km is constant? Is it because the enzyme that is inhibited was inhibited later? In the start the enzyme was without an inhibitor so it reached till half its max reaction....but as the inhibitor binded to the enzyme, the reaction stopped so it reached Vmax early/decrease in Vmax compared to the enzymes without inhibitor? I hope this made sense
If there no enzymes at all, there would be no reaction, no graph to draw. Thats true at coordinates of (0,0). But as we repeat the experiment many times with increasing [E] and same [inhibitor]... The inhibitor is not in excess to block all the enzymes. Some enzymes are inhibited, some completely not affected. Therefore, lower [E that is working] compared to the uninhibited. Also therefore Km is same bcs the enzymes that are working are working as usual, same affinity. But lower Vmax bcs less [E]
My AS biology practical exam is tomorrow, thank you so much 🙏
completed the playlist, tommorow is my A Levels Exam
Helloo, on the serial dilution drawing shouldn't the label under the beakers be 10cm3 since 10cm3 of 20cm3 is being transferred in the first 3?
Write 10cm3 (final volume) when the example has the words "....to use" under the beaker. If not, write 20cm3 (initial volume)
@@behlogy Oh! I didn't know this, thankfully it was proportional dilution in todays paper, thanks for the response!
The book says you should list concentrations from the lowest to highest when you make a table, is this always necessary?
The opposite way is fine! But it must always be in order
@@behlogy tyy
THANK U SO SO MUCH I LITERALLY CANT EXPRESS ENOUGH ON HOW HELPFUL YOUR VIDEOS TRULY ARE 💗💗
YOU`RE MAGICAL!!
Hey do we have to decide the concentrations by ourselves ?
Most of the time!
I’m in med school now thanks to you and i STILL keep coming back to brush up concepts!!! This channel is a lifesaver
Ms Behhhhh pls notice me I am your biggest fan. 😘🥰🎀🥺🥺 You are my inspiration every day 👉👈 Whenever I look at my bio textbook, i imagine your face on it .. I love you ms beh pls notice me UwU 😻❤️💖 I Will get A* in Alevels if you notice me 🤺🤪

@@behlogy OMGGG THANK YOU MS BEH FOR NOTICING ME AND MAGNIFYING MY HEART 10000x 😍🥰🥳😜😍😝😜🤪😘
Hope u make money from these videos
A leeetleee bit hahhaha
hi miss , is this is sufficient for compettitive exams like bmat
Idk :') Never studied BMAT
Hi. Could you please explain, on the last slide what is meant by 'allow transfer of charges/groups' and why is it important? Thanks!
Like for example, transfering group from subtrate A to substrate B to make something that's negatively charged to become more positive charged, so it can interact with the substrate C is that it is negatively charged... Therefore overall making the reaction "easier" aka lowers the activation energy and speeds up the rate of reaction
Life saver istg
i can feel my brain growing
LOL
Very useful for the AQA essay which requires above-specification knowledge, which this is.
Noice
hi maam i didnt have biology as a subject before but i just decided to take it so is it possible for me to get a good grade in 4 months (i will appear in oct nov 2024 for my AS) also do you have everything covered if i study only from you will it be enough ? also i really like chemistry and score well... is bio some what like chemistry like the past papers are they repeated like that?
It's definitely possible, if you're focused enough! Doing papers is key and yes my videos are enough. However how many subjects are you taking? If you are taking more than 3 in total, i would think twice bcs it is A LOT to study at the same time
is this a complete bio practical playlist?
Pretty much all the basics covered, ya!
Struggling with the stalk question. I understand why B and C are wrong, but I don’t understand why the bend in A is correct and the bend in D isn’t. In my mind, D looks like the bend you’d get if the protoplast pushed against the cell wall (outward curve). Could someone explain to me why A (which looks like an inward curve to me) is right?
Ok so it's not a cell wall, it's the thicker outside layer of a stalk that has rigid cells that doesnt expand as much! This layer is represented by a darker/shaded layer in the options. So imagine that the darker/shaded layer doesnt change in length at all, but the unshaded region can expand and contract. When water moves into those unshaded layer of cells via osmosis, the unshaded cells bend towards the shaded outside layer of cells. Bcs it's pushing against each other and expanding. So the answer is A. D is the complete opposite. When water moves out, the unshaded layer of cells shrink, therefore bending away from the shaded layer of cells
i dont get what you mean when you said when antibody acts as b cell receptors arent they always b cell receptors?
It's the same structure as antibody! And no, most antibodies are actually secreted out of the cell!
my academic comeback is all thanks to this woman, my A level exam is literally in a few hours. You are the greatest thing to have ever walked the face of the earth. I would marry you if I could. Thank you for saving my life <3
Legend
i love u bro, ill remember u when im rich
thank you so much for your determined work <3 I have a question-----> at 31:00, can't the answer be 3? aren't cell surface membranes just overall one component? why would we count it as 5?
Bcs it's a phospholipid bilayer! = 2 layers per cell membrane
Maam can u please name the chapters which have p5 content from ur playlist please 🙏🏽
Every chapter has it! Stats tests are in chap 16 ,17 ,18 tho
@@behlogymam either i am blind or am i just seeing p5 topics from chapter 12-13-16-17-18-19??? Just to make sure sorry for the trouble 🫶🏻
Hii mam beh Ive been watching your videos since i came in A level, your videos have helped me tremendously, majority of my prep is from your videos, Lots of good wishes for u, you have helped me ALOT, ive even recommended your channel to every single fried of mine and encouraged them to watch your videos, keep up the amazing work mam 🫶🏻
Got a cie tomorrow tysmm
Miss what is the unit for volume of oxygen produced
Could be cm3 or dm3 or in terms of pressure (Pa) depending on the instrument used!
My Paper 5 is on the 14th (Zone 1 for M/J series). This has been a life saver as I have been struggling with these 8 mark questions. Could you please go over other typical P5 questions (like analysing statistical tests) in brief detail and explain how to answer, as well as maybe some general last-minute tips? I also have paper 2 right before (it's back to back). I'm trying to use MS but I feel you are explaining very well. Thank you for all your support. It would be great to get some advice before Tuesday but if it's too late it's alright. Belated congratulations for getting married --- don't get too stressed out/tired with videos, I can understand your personal situation :)
me too. i have both the papers on the same day for all the p2 papers (14/15/16)
@@user-ht7kc5or3p me too bro just gave p4 physics
It's kinda last min! I have stats questions covered in the videos of the related chapters! Chap 16-18...look it up
Thank you, I’ll be sure to look at them.
miss is hemocytometer in our syllabus?
Not really but i have seen it in papaerd as application questions before!
I used to watch your videos before all my exams this year, and scored above 80% for all of them! You make the concepts so easy to grasp that I remember most of these even months after my last exams. I have Biology p2 tomorrow and I'm just revising today cuz I already remember most of it. Honestly you're a great help for A level students! Istgg ur even better than my teachers at college 😭🤌🏻 Please don't stop making videos everr

@@bismahkhan2682 all the best for tmr!!
Just a question In our year my teacher didnt go through immobilized enzymes at all and my exam is in 2 days Has it been removed from the syllabus??
I take a level right now in year 13 by the way
Immobilized enzymes is still in AS syllabus...and can be examined in Paper 4/5
Just finished my Paper 4 and Paper 3 on 7 and 9 May. Paper 4 went fine and so did Paper 3 (but I know I messed up on a question in the microscope). Studying hard for Papers 2 + 5 dual on 14th, and Ms. Beh you are helping me greatly. Thanks for everything! I'm trying to use your guidance for paper 5 but still trying to master the 8 mark question on writing the procedure.
All the bestttt!
Miss I’ve bought the paper 5 but the annotated marking scheme is so blurrrr so I couldn’t read your handwritings😭
Im sorry! It was the best resolution i could get it to be. It think it's still kinda readable for me...? Feel free to PM me on insta if you cant understand anything!
Hello Miss! I have an AS paper 2 exam coming up, could you please recommend some things that can be done to do well on the test💜💜💜
Read questions carefully before answering! Answer in as much detail as possible! Also, get enough food and sleep before the exam kay?
do we have to explain our statement? for example if we write ‘keeping container with organisms in the dark’ , so do we have to also mention the reason? like bcuz we want to avoid photosynthesis?
You can 😊
